Little Creek Acres L.L.C. Policies

  • Due to the nature of bulk good products, including but not limited to rock, gravel, sand, mulch, and soil Little Creek Acres L.L.C. does not allow returns or refunds in any portion for any reason on material that has been delivered. All bulk goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered according to your order.

  • We ask that customers be present at the time of delivery.

  • Acceptance of the estimate involves acceptance of these terms and conditions of the contract documents. This represents a binding contract between the parties. It should be noted by the Client that any attempt to cancel by the Client will involve the Client being liable to cancellation fees and any loss or expenses incurred as a result at the discretion of the Contractor.

  • The Client accepts that he/she will pay the Contractor the full contract sum (all costs incurred) together with any tax properly chargeable upon the contract.

  • You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services you have ordered. If we do not receive payment, you shall also be responsible for any incurred late fees and be subject to having your balance sent to collections.

  • Bulk materials are supplied and delivered by third-party companies, not by Little Creek Acres L.L.C.

  • The Contractor reserves the right to increase the value of the contract due to changes in design or materials by the Client after execution of the contract and may result in change order fees.

  • A deposit is not required prior to the start date if the total cost of the project is under $500. If the total cost of the project is over $500 a deposit of 40% is required. Progressive invoices may be sent as work progresses. The final Invoice will be sent after work is complete.

  • The Client will pay any extra work, including a job change fee, or costs due to unknown difficulties or changes, which are not within the estimate.

  • The Client will pay for any extra aggregate cost that is loaded by the loader operator at the load site as the load is weighed upon leaving the supplier.

  • Payments are immediately due on receipt of the invoice.

  • The Contractor will only ask for the estimated price, unless there are any unforeseeable difficulties, or the work has been increased. In either case, all work will be paid for.

  • Any damage to concrete or asphalt surfaces in which equipment may be driven over is not Little Creek Acres L.L.C. responsibility to repair.
